Network Publisher respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information processed through the application.
Network Publisher is designed to help authorized users manage and publish content to Facebook Pages using Meta’s official APIs.
Information We Process
When Network Publisher is connected to Facebook, the application may process information that is necessary to provide its functionality, including:
- Facebook Page names and Page IDs
- Facebook account or business identifiers required for authentication
- Page access tokens and authorization information
- Permissions granted through Meta or Facebook
- Content selected for publishing, including text, images and videos
- Publishing information such as post IDs, Reel IDs, publishing status and timestamps
- Basic analytics or Page information made available through permissions granted to the application
Network Publisher only accesses information permitted by the user through Meta’s authorization system.
How We Use Information
Information processed by Network Publisher is used only to:
- Connect authorized Facebook Pages
- Authenticate requests with Meta’s APIs
- Publish and manage authorized Facebook Page content
- Display publishing status
- Retrieve Page or content information required for application functionality
- Maintain and improve application reliability and security
We do not use Facebook or Meta data for unrelated advertising or profiling purposes.
Data Sharing
Network Publisher does not sell personal information or Facebook Platform Data.
Information may be transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. when necessary to perform actions requested through Facebook’s APIs.
We do not share Facebook Platform Data with third parties except where required to provide the application functionality, comply with applicable law, or protect the security of the application.
Data Storage and Security
Network Publisher takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the application.
Authentication credentials and access tokens are used only for authorized application functions and should not be publicly disclosed.
Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application or provide the requested Facebook Page management functionality.
Information that is no longer required may be deleted from application storage.
Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of information associated with Network Publisher at any time.

Please include “Network Publisher Data Deletion Request” in the subject of your message.
After receiving a valid deletion request, information controlled by Network Publisher will be deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Users may also revoke Network Publisher’s access to their Facebook account or Pages through their Facebook or Meta account settings. Revoking access prevents the application from accessing new Facebook Platform Data through the revoked authorization.
Facebook and Meta Platform Data
Network Publisher uses Meta Platform services and Facebook APIs. Use of Facebook and Meta products is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
Network Publisher is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. except for its authorized use of Meta’s developer APIs.
Children’s Privacy
Network Publisher is not intended for use by children under the age required by applicable law, and the application does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page together with an updated revision date.
